Can't access login or trade page of POE2 website.

I am able to play the game POE2 through steam but when I went to access the trade web site it tells me

Verification is taking longer than expected.

Check your internet connection and refresh the page if the issue persists.

This occurs if I try to log in to the POE2 website as well.

The same error happems from different web browsers but my phone can access the site.

It stays on that page and never leaves. I recently built a new PC and installed windows 11. My old computer ran windows 10.
