Omen of resurgence does not work.

Omen of resurgence active in inventory

I did not get one shotted
Yes it is active in my inventory
Yes it is the only omen in my inventory
I play hardcore mode

my life went to 20%, well below the 35% it says in the description of omen of resurgence. The omen did not activate. There is a bug with omen of resurgence after the latest patch you guys did.

Before the last patch, i went through 2 omens of resurgence and it worked, after latest patch, the item does not do what its suppose to do.

FIX ASAP!

this bug is still actual, i also had Omen of Resurgence not trigger at less than 35% hp, here's the proof:
