Kabala on End Game bugged, teleport to Arena (?)

Hi,

I did Endgame maps in the Steaming Springs with a Kabala boss fight and after killing the boss, I got locked out of the rest of the map. An "Arena" teleport appeared, that didn't load into anything. I could summon my own teleport and go back to HQ and come back to the same place but couldn't advance through the portal. I still had other stuff to do in the map (Breach).
