When does Chaos (ED etc) get a boost?

I'm not sure .. is there a Chaos Witch Ascendancy planned? And like .... a lot more damage supports of sorts. Atm, what can be reached through the tree and supports is very sad, especially against bosses it seems not viable.

Essence Drain ... in the olde days of POE, ED/Contagion was a viable build. Since then it's been a bit of a sidedish.
