Can't remove unique jewel from passive tree

Just logged in after latest patch, am trying to move jewels around, but can't remove "from nothing diamond" jewel?

Also, im on PS

From Nothing is a type of jewel that allow you to allocate passives that are not directly connected to your class's starting location- and as such, it cannot be removed if any passives allocated are dependent on it to be eligible to allocate. Make sure there are no passives surrounding the associated keystone that are allocated. If there are no allocated passives in it's radius that are reliant on it, then it should be possible to remove it.
