You can try the new /ResetAtlas command and that should reset the whole thing.

I believe the command will reset your Atlas, yes. It's meant to be used if your Atlas is bricked.
But I wouldn't use it personally just for one Pinnacle zone unless Arbiter of Ash zone (the one near home base) itself somehow gets bricked. You will find more Pinnacle zones eventually. |

i think you can ONLY use it if your entire atlas is bricked. at least thats what it seems when you read it
