Cant click the top left of my screen

The top left of the screen seems to have an invisible box i cant click my first 4 tabs and stuff on the top left of the screen happens when i alt tab i think

it seems like my cursor goes from the regular game cursor, to the standard windows cursor when I hover over the top left of the screen.

Mine was solved after turned off my discord.
I think discord notification overlay was also positioned at top left and my pointer switches to regular Microsoft pointer cause I think it was hovering on an invisible Discord Pop notification.

So either configure your discord overlay
or switch the position of where the notification appear.
