Trial of Chaos Modifiers Interaction?

Was doing my last ascendancy, had Blood Globules, Heart Tethers and Impending Doom. I sidestepped a blood globule that fell inside heart tether area (and in the blood circle) and the whole screen just exploded.

Got a clip of it. You can see the Impeding Doom at the start, so it was not an explosion from it.
