Inconsistencies of Hazards, Abilities, and "Reduced Slowing Potency of Debuffs on You" (RSPDY)

The effectiveness of Map-induced/Environmental Curses (Elemental Weakness/Enfeeble/Temporal Chains) can be reduced with Passives like Inner Faith and, in the case of Temporal Chains, RSPDY. However, these same Curses cannot be removed with Mana Flask usage when the Warding Potions Passive is allocated.

Does this mean Warding Potions is only supposed to remove Curses applied via Monsters/Bosses? If so, that should be clarified.

In this same vein, RSPDY will affect certain Speed-modifying debuffs, but not others. Temporal Chains & Chilled Ground is affected by RSPDY, but the debuffs applied by Spider Web, Quicksand, Monsters modified with the Temporal Proximity Shield, and Zarokh, the Temporal's Time Trial all appear to be immune to RSPDY.

Some type of standardization for unpurgeable/unmodifiable debuffs needs to be established and communicated clearly in-game.
