Allow rerolling ritual favors multiple times

Right now you can end a map with 4000 favors, but are only able to re-roll once for 1000. If the rewards from the initial roll and re-roll are bad, you have 3000 favors and nothing to do. Allowing you to do more re-rolls, even for increasing prices would at least feel more satisfying

There's a Ritual Atlas passive that lets you reroll an additional time which should be enough.
