Introduce a fusion mechanic using the reforging bench that allows players to combine multiple lower-tier waystones into higher-tier ones.

How It Works:

Collect three of Tier 1 waystones.
Use the reforging bench to "fuse" them into a single Tier 2 waystone.

Continue this process with Tier 2 waystones to create Tier 3 ones, and so on.

Why This Makes Sense:

Resource Management: It provides a productive way to use surplus waystones rather than having them sit unused.
Progression: Encourages exploration and rewards players for gathering more.
Customization: Players can create higher-tier waystones
