Simulacrum lost

Hi
I was doing simulacrum boss run 2 times today when the server went down. Both times after server got reset the portals to reenter was gone. Lost 2 simulacrum runs from the server crashes. It sucks when it takes so long or so much currency to enter it. Is it possible to get a refund for those 2 simulacrum keys? I dont mind servers going down, but it sucks when you lose something by it, that you have no chance to prevent
