POE 2 - Lost simulacrum

I was doing simulacrum for the first time with a friend when the server crashed. This thing demands a lot a grind to get ! Can you either let the portals open or refund the simulacrum in case of disconnection ? For real it is really boring to lose my precious ressouces because of your servers. I'll go back to diablo, at least blizzad servers are not that bad.
