Shackles of the Wretched get overwritten by same curse from Map/Waystone

When cursing myself with Temporal chains through Shackles of the Wretched Aged Cuffs inside maps that have the "Players are Cursed with Temporal Chains" modifier, the weak Temporal chains from the map gets applied instead of the stronger Temporal chains from myself. Getting +1 curse does not help. The stronger effect is supposed to overwrite the weak one

It's ironic that my self-temp chains build cannot run temp chains maps...
