My PC freeze directly after login

Since i wanted to enter the next section in act 1, my PC freeze. I can not even go back to desktop.

Since then, the same thing happen again and again, directly after the login.

I have a

AMD 7800X3D
4070 Ti Super
64 GB RAM

Who can help, please?

I mean in in PoE 2

I have fixed the problem.
