Energy shield not recharging after allocating Chaos Innoculation #2254227431

My character does not recharge energy shield after CI, and for some reason my life is stuck at 1/4108, which copies my max energy shield

I had the same issue and found out Eternal Youth messes with it. The one where turning life flask into energy shield recovery. I took it off and it immediately started to have energy regen normally again. I'm not sure if you have the skill as well, but I got it with CI and thought that was the issue.

I also am having this issue. I was using Eternal Youth and realized that was not what I was supposed to be using at this time in my build. So I removed EY and put the point in CI. It seemed to be working in one of the first maps I did, then I started dying. I couldn't get it to refill unless I went back to my hideout. I tried removing it and adding it back. Nothing changed. I do not have anything on either of my flasks that would cause issues. I also have about 7 passives in recharge ES faster which doesn't seem to be doing anything when CI is used. I will go back to my previous setup until this gets fixed or someone smarter than me tells me why it's not working.

Edit: I switched my passives back and my ES is still not recharging on it's own. I did a test run without a life flask and it never refilled itself, even when I got back to my Hideout. As far as I know I do not have any item equipped that would contribute to this.

I found running the Grim Feast aura from spirit gems very usefull. abt 50% chance to spawn orbs that give ~150 ES on kill of normal mobs, only relying on life flask for recov during boss fights
