Trial of Sekhemas 2nd Boss Stuck in Wall

Title is pretty self-explanatory! Second boss was in its "tunnel into ground" phase, and I was running around the outer wall to avoid it as I normally do, but this time it tunneled up and down at the edge, following me.

When it tunneled up, in the door to the next area, it popped up, but was stuck in wall. It now does no attacks, does nothing.

I'm going to restart the boss room, so no harm. But thought I'd report it!
