Chat sound notifications improvements

I kept that one for years and never took the time to suggest it on the forums, but as PoE 2 is in EA, could you think of a QoL / improvement on the chat notifications?

First and foremost: a guild chat sound notification. This is the most important one. Since you can't filter out some of the texts, guild chat is sometimes lost in a sea of local messages during playthrough and you miss some of the people asking for something. So the idea, for the chat notification system would be this :

- Add several chat notification sounds
- Add a dropdown for whisper/guild notification sounds selection
- Add a volume for chat notification sounds ( can't recall rn if it exists already or not )
- Add a slider for guild notification sound timeout ranging from 5 secs to 60secs (notification would only play if the time between the last message and most recent message is greater than that value).
