Burning monolith map bugged after Arbiter died

1) started the fight
2) damage Arbiter to 0 hp
3) Arbiter still executing some game mechanics but haven't die yet
4) I died in 1 of the game mechanics
5) Respawned and went back to the same place
6) Arbiter started speaking halfway and died instantly
7) Arbiter only dropped book of knowledge and no other items
8) "Power Awaits You" can't be clicked because it's blocked by the corpse
