Freezing strongbox are bugged ?

Maybe I'm tripping, thats why I wanna check with other players, but I activated a strongbox that freezes on activation, and it lasted more than 10seconds, and I died of course, the map wasn't on any extra cold dmg / elemental stuff for the mobs, just a rarity map/extra fire damage. So how the hell am I frozen more than 10sc on activation, never happened before. Is that a bug ? Or I was just unlucky ?

Yes they're bugged the freeze status doesnt go away i stayed 1+ more min without being able to move i had to D/R.
