Game Breaking "Unexpected Error Occured" - Entire Inventory Deleted

Ran a map and half way through the game just crashed to login screen with an "unexpected error occurred" message. When I log back in all the map portals are gone, and all the items I had picked up are deleted from inventory.

This is a pretty game breaking bug when it deletes all your portals, all your inventory, but then also it doesn't keep the league mechanic and stats on the atlas node; those are deleted too.
