POE2 - Hard Crash "Failed to uncompress animation 8"

Game is unplayable for me now. Every time I load a map I cant get more than a few steps away from the portal before the game crashes. Ive lost 3 Tier 15 maps now so far.

The error I am getting is

Exception - *Art/Models/MONSTERS/BugBot/rig.ast*: Failed to uncompress animation 8

Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080
Processor - Intel i7-9700k @ 3.6GHz
Windows 10 Pro

Try checking the game data for errors via Steam.
Luckily that fixed the error for me. for now.

I had 6 incorrect data requested again
