Copper citadel boss - npc didn't give me shield.

Copper citadel boss started doing the sandstorm but the npc didn't do the shield to protect me from it. If I would have to guess minions body block the npc so it couldn't get to the position where it needs to go to do the shield.

Man I love having only one chance at bosses like this with bugs like this around. Also losing 10% xp for bugs really is annoying. F**k death penalty seriously.
