Entering Map Crashed Game - Generated a Ton of Error Messages

Trying to enter a Bluff Tower my game crashed and it generated a ton of these types of errors. I was not able to get them all before the screen locked up entirely and had to force close POE2. I clicked OK through about 6 of those messages before I lost control of the window.

Game immediately crashed again upon trying to entire the map.

I am strongly convinced there is a bug with loading monster mods. 90% of my crashes seem to happen when I first load into a map, or when a breach first opens up. I think in both of these cases, rare monster mods are being loaded and something there is causing a crash.
