Self-Killing with "Lightning Warp" Skill

Issue Description: I encountered a bug where using the skill "Lightning Warp" seemingly killed my character, even though I had full mana and a full energy shield. The incident occurred after I picked up an item, opened the chat, and briefly scrolled through it. Afterward, I accidentally cast the skill 1-2 times and the use of a mana potion (pressed the wrong button on the controller), which led to my death.

Platform: PlayStation 5
Version: PoE2 0.11
Skill: Lightning Warp and the use of a mana potion
Mana: Full
Energy Shield: Full
Items in Inventory: An active "Omen of Recurgence," which remained active in the inventory after death.
Reproduction Conditions: The bug occurred after I picked up an item (loot), opened the chat, briefly scrolled, and cast the skill 1-2 times.
No Enemies Present: There were no visible enemies on the screen, which should rule out external factors.

Expected Behavior:
The skill "Lightning Warp" should not be able to kill the player, especially not under the described conditions (full energy shield, full mana, no enemies).

Observed Behavior:
The character dies despite having full mana and full energy shield after using the skill "Lightning Warp".

I would like to understand whether I did something wrong or if this is a game issue so that I can avoid further deaths in the future.

i had the same Bug two times. I dont‘t understand what is going on. I have remove „Lightning Warp“ from my Skill list. :-(

Dev‘s - we need help here.

Please close the update and add the new description and reproducibility.
