Venom Draught not showing buff on map

I've done both Act 3 and Act 3 Cruel and picked options for VENOM DRAUGHT. Act 3 shows my choice with an icon and words, but Cruel version only shows colour of vial. No wording is displayed in the tooltip to say what you selected.
