The mentioned skill does not appear to be working, it states skills that consume power charges will gives you another one top yet my quarterstaff skills do not give anything additional.

ye doesnt work please fix it quickly!! it ruins my build and i wasted 10 divs on the jewel to allocate it -.-

seems like charged staff is the problem, it says up to max power charges, but that makes one with the storm pretty useless should be changed
|
