Game Crashed as Copper Citadel boss died - unable to get back to the boss/get the loot

After the boss slashes the ground and goes to phase 2, you are unable to get back to that part. Game crashed as she was dying and now I cant get into the arena/boss room to loot. Frustrating since it is marked complete and I can re-enter the map, there just isn't an option to enter the arena

Still bug, my game crash and cant go back to the boss room

Boss died and took me with him, still cant go back to boss room for loot even tho I had portals left.
