Missing data range of gear

Since the new patch im not able to see the ranges of the attributes which are linked ob my gear. Im playing in XBox. Before the Patch i had no Problem to make the range visible.
For example: +10 Intelligence (cant see the range 8-14 anymore)


Since the new patch im also no longer able to the quality changes on my skillgems. Do u have a solution?
