The Iron CItadel doesn't show as completed despite beating map boss

I think, maybe, I bugged the phases here - I killed the boss directly after he exited the mist phase, and when he died the mist phase briefly came back before dissipating again.

I had rares left when I killed the boss. I switched characters to do the rest of the map, killed all the rares, but the map didn't show as completed. When in the map, no "Map Complete", and map on atlas shows as "Failed". When outside the map, it still shows as "Map In Progress" but I can't path to other nodes near it.

The map boss icon still shows up on the minimap, despite the boss being a corpse.

I did get the loot, and have no real harm besides having to path around the boss node on the atlas.
