Shattering Concoction with Primal Armament

So, Primal Armament is supposed to only work with skills that use Weapons and Concoction skills are Unarmed.

The support is recommended by GGG for usage in Shattering Concoction but doesnt increase the dps in Tooltip. Is this a bug or was recommending it just a mistake? Logically it shouldnt work to begin with.

Also, Concentrated effect doesnt increase the damage in tooltip but reduces the AoE.
