Mahuxotl's machination omen crest shield elemental resist soul core

I have used 2 soul cores to max out my elemental resist with the shield. After the update it has now zeroed all my resist in the shield and I can no longer play the game unless I complete respec out of the shield. Is this just a bug with the new update that will be fixed?

I too have this issue, elemental and chaos resistances not registering in character stats. very frustrating. WHY?
