Steam Inventory MTX for POE have been bugged since POE2 release

Issue: Steam Inventory MTX for POE has been bugged since the POE2 release and the removal of POE's in-game MTX from Steam inventory.

Error Message:

We were unable to contact the game's item server. The game's item server may be down or Steam may be experiencing temporary connectivity issues. Your listing has not been created. Refresh the page and try again.

Steam Inventory MTX, I am referring to Path of Exile cosmetics, such as the "Lavender Imp Mask," and similar items available on the Steam Marketplace, rather than those offered in the Path of Exile internal store.

The items remain tradable; however, transferring them to a second Steam account does not resolve the error, and that (second Steam account) is also unable to sell the item.

So far, 'fixes' within the community such as:
1) Spamming the 'ok' button to create a marketplace listing; and
2) Changing download region; and
3) Waiting; and
4) Transferring to another account.

Yield no solution.


Caveats: I am still observing marketplace activity for these items and, therefore, assume that this error does not affect everyone who owns a Path of Exile Steam Inventory item. Rather, I would speculate that the error occurs specifically when an individual owns multiple copies of the same item.
