Decompose explosion radius not affected increased arrea of effect on jewels

Basically what the tittle say, when I equip a jewel with Increased Area of Effect it doesn't affect the Explosion Radius. Maybe the bug only affect the tooltip but I have some doubt about that since the Magnified Effect support gem affect the tooltip.
