Tons of damage lost with global modifiers bug after the patch

After the patch all global modifiers (+# to skill level) from equipment or jewels stop working for skill gems socket into meta gems.

i had +9 from global modifiers
now I've +0

only +1 (corruption) remains.


guys, please check your own skills and let me know.

devs,please fix this cause I'm keep dying.

Same. I had +7 and now I only have +3. Oddly enough one of my crossbows has +4 to projectiles and it literally gives me +0 to my skills… missing out on massive damage.
