99% utilization of AMD 6700 XT in PoE2

hey there

so i am using 2 monitors 1 for watching stream / browser and 1 for gaming.
and as soon as i tab into poe2 and lets do like a simple flame wall in my hideout the utilization jumps from ~ 40% up to perma 95-99% .. (CPU chills at 30%) ... or i can be in a map press ESC and go afk.. and it stays at 99%

I even had done 1 hr protocols via the adrenalin software itself and also via HWinfo tool where its visible. the GPU temperature is consistent ~ 60°C . but the 99% utilization causes the GPU Fans to ramp perma at max speed also whats very noisy as well.

i tried swapping Render from dx12 to vulkan - seems same issue.
my main game is WoW and if i play there i dont have this 99% issue.

as far as i know everything should be updated.

if you need more hardware / software info or the protocols (and in what format) let me know.
