Tempest flurry interaction with anything other then wasd keybind

For some reason when playing on mouse & keyboard or controller, tempest flurry seems to sutter from time to time and especially on controller it just won’t allow me to move freely when I’m close to any mobs, otherwise it’s fine but for example when breaching it’s near impossible to use it as a movement skill due to this stutter or more specifically seems to be a ( auto target lock ) issue on controller . Any fix ?
