Burning Inscription Weapon Swap

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional but when attempting to use Burning Inscription with a weapon swap setup it does not work.

I swap weapons to place Flamibility and apply burning inscription, however if I swap to my first weapon set too fast the burning inscription does not trigger and I do not get burning ground.

I assume it's not supposed to work like this, but if it Is i apologize.

I was goning to open another thread to report it, but since this one already exists, I decided to reply adding the information I have:

If I wait about half a second before swapping weapons, the burning inscription activates as normal, but if I swap immediately, it fails, even though the curse itself works just fine.

Since the curse works, I assume it's a bug with the burning inscription gem. This is being a massive pain for my current build because I need the curse to be bound to a specific weapon.
