Can't resurrect at checkpoint in ACT 2

Can't ressurect if i die to , i have to get kicked or quit out then log back in to proceed. i don't believe i missed anything and i have the checkpoints on the map. i just get the message "you do not have the required quest state". i've been able to repeat this

Same here. I am curently at Defeat Rathbreaker quest and if I die I need to restart the whole game. Cannot respawn at check point . Got the same Message about “quest state”.

Also if I went back to act I map and try to come back to act II same Message apears and need to go to town to Do “go east” quest again as if I never been in act II.

Hope someone from devs read this :).

i am also having the same issue. soon as i leave the town, if i die i have to reset to character screen then go back in again to land me at checkpoint.
