Beat the citadel, marked as failed, merchant locked out (wrote on wrong thread, meant for poe2)

Good evening.

I recently got to the level of my warrior to do Citadels and did my first one. This one had a small path behind it that had the rare merchant. I completed the citadel and killed every elite as well as the main boss and got his drops. When I left however and tried to go to the merchant it would not let me. I made sure EVERY elite was killed and went out/in a few times to make sure it wasn't something on my end. The path behind the citadel had no other way to access it. I know nothing can be done but just wanted to more post here to show this bug is still a factor and having that rare node lost to me, When i won really stings.

Same here, beat all the rares and boss in stone citadel and it's marked as failed.

yep, same here. I beat the boss. killed all the rares, picked up the fragment and went straight to the Monolith thing with the arbiter.
When I was fighting the Arbiter it was still saying that the citadel would be the one in progress. After I ran another map in the hope to fix the bug, the Citadel set to failed.
