Elemental storm stopped working

From the new patch the considered casting gem didnt work with elemental storm and was greyed out. Trying to add a new one i cant find elemental storm under skills from support gems and trying to respecc it just to update the skill i lost all its support gems (my bad i guess) but now i cant even see it as a skill in the "supportable skills" list when hovering over a support gem.

You can't even make a new elemental storm gem anymore; it got completely removed after a recent patch for some reason

"Considered Casting supports spells you cast yourself, Elemental Storm is a triggering spell. The bug was fixed in 0.1.1 patch " "The only source of Elemental Storm is Tempest Caller notable (Stormweaver acsendancy), it was never possible to engrave it from an uncut gem.
