act 2. cant respawn bug

hello. theres a bug that doesnt allow me to respawn in act 2 during the rathbreaker quest. if i die and i press respawn. the respawn window just pops up again and repeat. only exit is to restart the game completly and do it all over again and if i die. same issue. this is my second caracter this has happened. i have tried this with a party. and without a party. currently i cannot process the game unless i dont die, there is nobody that can res me. and it seems it happens to everyone in the same party. even if im alone.
