Add more sources of mana on hit, or a way to leach mana from elemental damage

Need more options for more diversity. So many ways

1. More XXX mana on hit mods able to spawn on rings, jewels, etc
2. Add mana leech on elemental damage
3. Add convert X% of physical to elemental mana leech
etc

you can get 1-2% mana on kill on jewels, one of these helped me out a lot.
I really wish they would tone down the mana consumption on higher-level gems.
Regrettably, I refrain from engaging with nescient individuals who proffer fatuous commentary whilst concealing their profiles.

Which can be ok, but its next to useless on most boss fights, hence why alternate methods would be useful.
It seems to me that it's only leeching on the physical damage dealt, not phys damage before conversion.

If this is true, and not just conjecture, just changing the leech calculation to pre-conversion would suffice I would think.
A bit baffling, currently mana stackers are some of the strongest end game builds - and you want to buff mana sustain?

Easier mana recovery would make me essentially immortal...

I mean if it worked on the PRE-Conversion damage that would help many builds

I mean, man's stacking is so strong in part because it comes with built in mana fixing. Ideally other sources of mana regen or on hit would enable non mana stacker.

How you do that without just nagging mana stacking even stronger in not sure, but I don't mind the idea here.
I mean the simplest solution is to just allow mana on hit to spawn on rings albeit make it rare. There is at present only 1 item in the entire game that has that mod
