Completed campaign, won't allow waystone use

As the title says. When trying to use the map device, I get a Message telling me I must complete campaign before using waystones, but I have killed Duryani and he and Alva now appear in my hideout. I have no quests remaining to be done, and when I try to portal between map zones, I get all of the 6 acts available, but I don't have a tab to allow portal to endgame content.

You need to do one map in The Ziggurat Refuge (past) in Act 3 cruel, before you can open a map in your hideout.

That was it, thanks ! Maybe a little verbiage in game for that would be nice.
