Tiers for item modifiers not showing when using controller on PC

After the last update, tiers are not showing on item modifiers when inspecting items on PC while using controllers. If I log out and log back in with mouse and keyboard, I can see the tiers when inspecting an item. If switch back to controllers I can't see the tiers anymore.

Same here.
1. You now have to hold LStick to preview the tier. It is super uncomfortable for the fingers 2. The text is tiny and barely visible 3. Since tier text is no more clickable from controller, some languages other than English cuts tier text to something like TS... so you can't see the tier at all  Before the patch we was able to click the tier at least. Now it is just impossible to see the tier for non-English language. |

Clicking was preferable. I believe it also used to show tiers when clicking R stick to compare items.
