Bug Where My Character Is Not Showing During Inventory Menu

Whenever I'm in my Hideout the Dreadnought and I access my Inventory screen my Character UI doesn't show, Its just a Blank Blue Screen. When I leave it shows its only when I'm in that hideout.

Same, can only see my character up close in character select but just a blue screen when I go to inventory.
