Act 2 Venom Draught

Can we please have the option to change this? I am sure many others have the same feelings regarding characters getting to late game and being so mana hungry and regretting their choice of reward from this vial. Personally choose the element ailment threshold and wished I choose the 25% increase mana regen on my monk. Don't want to have to create a new character due to this.
