Bug The Burning Monolith

I can't talk to 'Power Awaits You' due to a bug. After killing the boss, I didn't receive any items because when I died, the others in my party were still alive (they couldn't revive me). I then respawned, and all of my items disappeared, so I can't talk to the NPC.

I need to talk to the NPC and get my items back.
