Arbiter of ash - bug when both player and arbiter dies in the fight

Died on arbiter of ash, but he also died from my dot.
He dropped the item as seen on screenshot but I cannot pick it up since the terrain is blocked. I also cannot redo the fight anymore.
I got the skill book but cannot reach the other item.


When I moved back to platfrom from where I started and reentered the fight platform, he said the same words as in the beginning of the fight, but nothing happened.

After logging out and in, the portals are still there and I can access the arena, but cannot reach the "power" item.

I'm off from the game for a while anyway, wanted to defeat him before leaving. Too bad loot disappears when dying together with a boss lol. Hope it doesn't happen anymore when the game leaves EA.
