Ultimatium (temple of chaos/chaos temple) cant portal back in post campaign quest state

Note: Completed all acts and done mapping for a while. This bug was not here yesterday, as I run ultimatum multiple times a day.

The bug:
When you finish trial of chaos if you collect the loot then try to portal out with player portal it will take you to ziggaraut camp with the vendors but no waystone, from there if you click on your portal again to re-enter temple of chaos it will say "You do not have the required quest state." If you try to waystone travel to ziggurat encampment it will take you to the one in the past after you had walked through the gateway, but at this point in story gateway is disabled so you cant ever get back to the ziggurat encampment where the trial of chaos player portal takes you.

Reproducing it:
1. Enter trial of chaos with ultimatum key (i used lvl 80 with 10 room dont think it matters tho)
2. In between rooms or at the end of the trial make a portal and enter it
3. Try to re-enter the portal
(dont know if it mattered but I did talk to vendors and stuff to identify, disenchant, and stash before re-entering portal)

Workaround:
since there is no time portal gateway nor a waystone in this camp just type /hideout then click hideout waystone -> temple of chaos right side red button -> walk into the trial again -> walk through all the empty rooms back to the reward room -> pick up your rewards you couldnt carry out the first time
